Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Session one with Arlo we began with his skill of quoits. Arlo is doing so well at this skill! The trainer focused on continuing the jackpot method when arlo got the ring on the pole. By doing this each session Arlo Is getting better and better! Mr Arlo had 6 successes this session!! This was great to see. Focus: Repetition A+
Skill learnt: Leave Comment: Session two with Arlo we practiced his skill of “Leave it”. Arlo started off very distracted by the food although after the trainer continued to reward him for looking away and leaving it alone Arlo caught on and proceeded to do rather well. Arlo is very intelligent boy! Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Session three with Arlo we practiced his skill of Drop. Arlo struggles with his duration around high distractions in the classroom. The trainer focused on distractions both inside and outside while holding his duration. Mr Arlo did struggle to begin with although he responded well to corrections. Arlo struggled the most with food and movement distractions, knowing this the trainer focused more thoroughly with these two distractions. Focus: Distraction A
